How to Order:

Step 1:
Mark down the product models, colour and quantity that you desired to order. 
i.e Neo Hybrid for iPhone 5S, Metal Slate, 3pcs

Step 2:
Once you have confirmed the purchase details (product models, colour & quantity), calculate the total amount of cost including products' price.
i.e RM25.90 x 3 = RM77.70

Step 3:
Proceed to make payment to one of our bank account. For now, only Public Bank are available for online wire transfer payment. Mark down the transaction number.

Step 4:
Confirm your payment with us. After you have successfully made the payment, send us a message to one of customer service with the following details:
a) Name
b) Shipping Address
c) Products Model
d) Colour
e) Quantity
f) Transaction Number/Recipient Reference

Step 5:
Once payment is confirmed, your order will now be processed and shipping out on the next working day. 
*Order on Friday (after 3PM), Saturday and Sunday will only processed and shipping out on next Monday.

We are using Poslaju Next Day Delivery service where guaranteed next working day delivery (D+1) within Poslaju coverages area. For other areas, 2-3 working days standard delivery is expected.

Any purchases of Mobile Bugaboo merchandise* will be subjected to FREE SHIPPING to Peninsula and West Malaysia using Poslaju service. 

We also welcome bulk purchase from us. Please contact our Customer Service for pricing of cases in large quantity.

TAKE NOTE: 

If the model or color you ordered is currently out of stock due to high demand, kindly contact our Customer Service. In this case, you are advised to choose other model or color. Else, you can still persist but to wait for the arrival of next batch of stock.  

*Apply to Cases/Covers only. Screen protectors will be delivered using normal POS service. Poslaju service will be provided upon request from customer and paid by customer.  Exception if both covers and screen protector are purchased at the same time, Poslaju service will be provided for FREE.
